Ryan Hutkowski

Ryan Hutkowski is L|H Capital Partners' Tampa Managing Partner. In this leadership role, Ryan focuses on managing portfolio leasing across the state and guiding the firm’s overall growth across Florida's west coast. Prior to joining LH Capital Partners, Ryan spent nearly a decade at Kennedy Investments, where he served as Director of Leasing & Brokerage. There, he was instrumental in sourcing, underwriting, and executing more than $100 million in commercial real estate transactions, ranging from local office leases to large-scale industrial acquisitions. Ryan’s background includes work as a Research Analyst at CoStar Group in Washington, D.C., and as Southeast Regional Manager for American Housing REIT, where he oversaw multi-market investment activities. This blend of institutional research experience and hands-on transaction work gives him a unique edge in understanding both the qualitative and quantitative aspects of real estate investment. A graduate of the University of Maryland, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in History, Ryan is an engaged member of the Tampa Bay real estate community. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, Amy, and their two children, Aria and Archer.
