Ryan Holden

Ryan Holden has been has been in the real estate business since 1998. Getting into the business first as an investor and then becoming a license salesperson, then broker. Ryan was first a residential agent and quickly moved into commercial transactions. He then progressed into residential and mixed use development. Having been involved in the identifying, brokering, developing over $100M worth of deals in his career, Ryan has unique perspective and understands the motivation of a real estate investor. Ryan is on the associate board of Special Children’s Charities/Special Olympics Chicago and is also on the Leadership Council and is the events chair for Upwardly Global, a national not-for-profit.
