Ryan Greene

As a preferred tenant representative for third party site selection committees, Ryan works with clients from the initial market analysis to the final site selection and transaction details. His extensive knowledge in deep water access properties along the Lower Mississippi River makes him a valuable asset to both the Louisiana area as well as the Houston ship channel. Additionally, Ryan leverages his experience and expertise in distribution, logistics, import/export and taxation to impact his clients' broader business objectives and decision-making processes. Ryan has worked in the Commercial Real Estate Industry since 2008. Before joining JLL Houston in 2022, he worked in Baton Rouge at NAI Latter and Blum as an Industrial Site Section and Tenant Rep Broker. During that time, he worked with several international real estate firms who did not have a presence in Louisiana as their local representative. Ryan also has experience working with non-traded and publicly traded REITs in the asset management and capital markets arenas.
