Ryan Gilliland
Ryan specializes in industrial real estate and landtransactions, bringing a strategic and detail-oriented approach to every deal.With a strong background in contract analysis and negotiations, he has extensive experience guiding clients through complex real estate processes. Ryan has successfully represented clients in a range of transactions, including large office sales in Midtown Oklahoma City, site selection and acquisition projects for a variety of development and medical clients, and multiple industrial tenant representations for national brands. He is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Council(CREC). Ryan enjoys working with clients to clarify a vision of their real estate needs and takes an involved and data-centered approach to ensure predictable outcomes. Clients and colleagues alike appreciate his attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and commitment to deliveringresults. Before transitioning into commercial real estate in 2020,Ryan spent a decade in the oil and gas industry, working as a landman and operations manager. His deep understanding of land contracts, leases, title review, and transactional negotiations made for a seamless move into real estate. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a minorin marketing from Oklahoma State University. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife,Molly, and their newborn son, Rory. An outdoor enthusiast, he can often befound camping, hiking, biking, or kayaking. He also enjoys playing fetch with their energetic corgi, Kevin.
