Ryan Dinsdale is a partner and founding Principal of KD Commercial Real Estate, LLC. He has over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate. Most recently, he held positions as the Director of the Investment Services Group at NAI/Merin Hunter Codman, Inc. and as a commercial associate with Applefield Waxman Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. Previous to his career in commercial real estate, Mr. Dinsdale owned a title/abstracting company that served clients from Miami to Saint Lucie County, which he sold in 2005. Mr. Dinsdale is the recipient of the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation and has been awarded the CoStar Power Broker Award. Mr. Dinsdale has handled every type of complex lease and sale transaction imaginable.
