Ryan Dierker

Ryan leads the brokerage division Newcor Commercial Real Estate. He assists his clients with all aspects of their real estate needs including but not limited to: lease renewals, relocations, expansions, down-sizing, lease negotiations, subleasing, and property acquisitions and dispositions. Ryan strives to create long-term relationships with his clients and always puts an emphasis on making sure their interests are goals are being met. He has extensive knowledge of the Montgomery County and the North Houston market, which will provide the necessary tools and intelligence at Newcor.

  Ryan received a Bachelor in Business Administration in Finance from C.T. Bauer College of Business at The University of Houston. During his undergraduate studies, Ryan received a certificate in Professional Selling that contributes to his success at
