In 2015, he joined CBRE as a Vice President with his partner Jean-Philippe Daunais where they quickly became one of the top performing teams. He was promoted to Senior Vice President (2019), to Executive Vice President (2021), and to Vice Chairman (2023). Ryan is recognized by his peers and clients as a key player within the industrial real estate market setting new benchmarks year after year. Ryan has developed a particular interest and expertise in the areas of leasing, dispositions, built-to-suit developments, relocations and sale-leasebacks. Ryan's focus is on representing corporate occupiers and local business owners alike. He is recognized in the industry for his client focus, quick response time and deep market knowledge. In 2023, Ryan’s team negotiated 152 transactions, totaling 8.3 million square feet of industrial space and 19.1 million square feet of land, representing over $1.1 billion in transaction value. Just in the past 5 years, the team has negotiated 654 transactions totaling more than 50 million square feet of space, representing over $4.7 billion in transaction value.
