Ryan Corcoran has distinguished himself as a professional within the commercial real estate industry that provides value to his clients. With a background in Marketing and Information Systems from Drake University, Ryan built a solid foundation of enterprise sales experience within the technology market. In 2003 Ryan focused efforts on developing a successful self storage business that he later sold as a successful real estate investment 10 years later. This development lead to providing commercial management and brokerage services within that market. Ryan has honed this understanding of the commercial real estate investment business through experience managing a variety of different building classes ranging from office, industrial, and retail property groups. As a practitioner of commercial real estate brokerage, Ryan has elevated business practices through many different education and networking opportunities. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate.
