Ryan Carmody

Prior to joining CBRE, Carmody was an associate for NAI Charleston, and CBRE in Houston, TX, in the Healthcare Services Group. She has experience negotiating, facilitating and managing real estate transactions for both landlords and tenants, specifically hospital systems, physician groups, specialty groups, post-acute operators, behavioral healthcare facilities, and medical office buildings. She graduated from the College of Charleston in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Post-graduation she moved to Texas and worked for Greystar as a Leasing Manager and then Hunington Properties as a Leasing Professional. She gained invaluable market knowledge in these positions, as well as property management skills. Carmody is a native of Charleston, SC and is well-versed in the market through her studies at The College of Charleston and her summer internship in CRBE’s Charleston office.
