Ryan Butler

Ryan Butler is a regional managing director in Northmarq’s Tulsa, Oklahoma, office. Before Northmarq, Ryan served as managing director and partner at Stan Johnson Company and has since established himself as an expert in investment sales. Launching his own team in 2008, Ryan has amassed an impressive track record, managing the successful closing of more than $3 billion in volume. He has established relationships with a broad range of institutional clients, investment funds, individual investors and commercial developers, assisting a broad range of clientele in achieving their investment objectives. Ryan holds a B.S. in accounting and finance from the University of Kansas, and he is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
