Ryan began working with Marcus & Millichap in 2005 and since then has participated in the disposition of both private and institutional real estate, with a combined transaction history exceeding $850 million in investment sales. Ryan is geographically focused on the Rocky Mountain and Midwest Regions, closing investment properties in ten different states within those regions. Ryan has an extensive track record in all variances of retail properties including: neighborhood strip centers, grocery anchored, power centers, regional malls and single tenant net leased. Ryan’s diverse transactional history allows him to provide clients with in-depth qualitative and quantitative analysis on varying asset types within the retail product category.
