ABOUT

Ryan serves as Managing Director of the Houston Office Investor Services Division. His primary responsibility is to drive revenue and growth within the Landlord Representation division. Ryan’s day-to-day focus is marketing and leasing office properties on behalf of institutional and private investors. Having spent most of his career—over 15 years—on the Occupier Services side at The Staubach Company/JLL, he brings a unique perspective to his clients, having worked on both sides of office deals. Ryan understands what drives tenants’ decisions when looking for office space, and this knowledge allows him to negotiate the most favorable terms for his clients on the institutional side. He has negotiated over a billion dollars in transaction value for his clients over his 21-year career. Ryan is a third generation Houstonian and has been involved with several charitable organizations since returning to Houston after college, spending most of his time with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. He graduated from Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University in 2002.
