Ryan Bain is a Vice Chairman with CBRE’s Institutional Properties team. Located in Chicago, IL, he has more than 20 years of industrial sales and leasing experience within the commercial real estate profession. Ryan specializes in representing institutional, private, and corporate clients in the acquisition, disposition and sourcing the equity capital stack in industrial real estate transactions. Over the past 6 years, Ryan has raised capital in excess of $6 billion for Joint Venture, New Development and New Platform initiatives. He is skilled in property/investment valuation, transaction management, site analysis, and strategic real estate planning. Ryan began his career with CBRE in 2002 and has been involved in more than 575 transactions, valued at over $20 billion and totaling over 275 MSF. Ryan is also a member of CBRE National Partners, twenty industry leaders acting as one within a partnership model. They deliver superior information, analytics and strategy, leading to exceptional execution over the industrial investment property life cycle and across the capital stack.
