Ryals Farless

Ryals is the broker/owner of Farless Realty, a business that was started by his mother and broker in 2004. He began as a sales associate in 2007 and obtained his broker's license in 2024. Besides real estate, Ryals is involved in many other aspects of the community. He is currently on the board of Caldwell County Youth, Inc., Planning & Zoning, is President of the Pennyrile Board of Realtors and contributes to multiple other organizations and causes both financially and by volunteering his time. It is important to him to support the communities he is involved in and treat each customer/client as he would family. Along with real estate, Ryals enjoys spending time outdoors golfing, hunting and fishing, but most of all through time with his family, whether it be a night around the firepit, cheering on one of his three sons at a ballpark or just a ride around LBL. He is married to Taylor, a teacher at CCES, is the proud dad of Jax, Crew & Penn and is a member of Southside Baptist Church in Princeton.
