Russell Wachtler

Russell Wachtler is a Senior Managing Director, Investments with the NNN Pro Group, one of the top performing net-lease brokerage teams in the country. Russell joined the NNN Pro Group in 2005 and currently specializes in advising both buy-side and sell-side clients. He has represented clients in both portfolio and individual asset sales ranging in size from $1 million to $100 million across the country. Russell has sold over 700 properties totaling over $2 billion in transaction volume over the course of his career. Russell has represented institutions, REITs, private equity funds, public companies, private companies, franchisees, developers, as well as private investors. He has been successful in achieving his clients’ objectives in structuring sale-leaseback transactions in the restaurant, retail, c-store, industrial, and medical office arenas. Russell prides himself on being able to partner with both novice and savvy investors, and tailor strategies to their individual goals. He is an expert in the 1031 exchange process and has helped clients identify and close on properties in an expedited manner.
