With nearly 30 years of experience, I have built a robust career as a commercial real estate agent licensed in Kentucky and qualified to operate in Indiana. My journey began in 1995 when I was encouraged by a mentor to enter real estate; after learning the ropes under their guidance, I ventured out on my own and have developed a diverse portfolio that spans retail, office, industrial, multi-family housing, investments, and land development. I am knowledgeable and experienced in 1031 exchanges and bring strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication to every transaction. Before real estate, I worked as a Cardiac Telemetry Monitor Technician at Norton Healthcare in Louisville, KY, and gained valuable skills in both observation and focus. Additionally, my background includes construction work and a stint as a DJ for a local Christian radio station, which honed my communication skills in a unique way. I am deeply motivated by my family and strive to create a stable financial foundation for my wife and daughter. Outside of real estate, I am passionate about the performing arts, directing plays in my spare time. Most recently, I directed The Producers at Clarksville Little Theater. Currently, I am on the hunt for a book to adapt into a new stage play, any suggestions? A Louisville native, I am deeply familiar with the area, which is invaluable in helping my clients make informed real estate decisions.
