With 30 years of real estate experience, his background includes roles as a licensed CPA, pension fund advisor, and transaction intermediary, providing a deep understanding of complex commercial transactions. A top national producer in investment sales on behalf of institutional clients, Russell has represented many of the country’s largest equity and opportunity funds, life insurance companies, and REITs, delivering a full spectrum of advisory services. Under his leadership, Russell and his team successfully closed over 1,000 equity sales transactions totaling more than 312 million square feet, representing $50.5 billion while at CBRE. Beyond his Texas Capital Markets role, Russell heads the national Office Investment Advisors (OIA) group, driving client engagement, business development, and platform-wide collaboration.
