Russell Hulteen is a Massachusetts-licensed real estate broker in commercial, mixed-use and investment property transactions throughout Boston and its surrounding suburbs. Active full-time since 2013, Russell advises property owners, investors and developers on acquisitions, dispositions, repositioning strategies and value-add opportunities. His experience spans commercial and mixed-use assets, development parcels, estate sales and income-producing properties; with a strong command of zoning, entitlement considerations and market feasibility.
