Russ Brown has been a real estate investor for nine years, but prior to that he was a first-time homebuyer in 2002, where he was able to take advantage of all the first-time homebuyer programs that Washington D.C had to offer. This was all done with the help of a great real estate agent that showed him the ropes and how to navigate the system to get as much out of it as possible. The leverage that a home provides is what dictates so much of your financial picture going forward. That first purchase allowed him to get to the point of owning fourteen units and flipping two homes per year. It is now his goal to make sure that every one of his clients get the best deal possible and builds equity and financial leverage, just as he once did with his first purchase. Russ Brown graduated with honors from the University of Florida BS in Finance and minor in economics.
