Rupi Singh began her career in Commercial Real Estate in 2005 when she joined the top Tenant Representation Team in Orange County, CA. Rupi returned to CBRE with her team in August of 2013 after they spent 8 outstanding years at Cushman & Wakefield. Rupi manages portfolios on a national and global basis and has been recognized for her strong work ethic, talent, loyalty and commitment by offering her clients with the highest level of service available in the industry. Rupi provides strategic planning, complex negotiations, transaction execution, and ongoing portfolio optimization initiatives for a diverse set of leading corporations. Rupi manages the transaction process in partnership with her account team members and local field brokers. She is committed to ensuring the best financial results for her clients and highest level of client satisfaction. Rupi received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan of Dearborn in 2001. She is an active and committed member at the Sant Nirankari Mission (Universal Brotherhood Organization) which is a global mission and believes in offering selfless service to humankind. Rupi is fluent in Hindi and Punjabi. Rupi and her husband Anuj, live in Tustin Ranch, California and have two children, Aryana and Arush.
