Lee is cofounder of (CSG) Carolina Summit Group. CSG is based in Southern Pines, NC and is a small boutique full service real estate firm that can handle all your real estate needs. CSG specializes in Residential & Commercial brokerage, leasing, development and land acquisition. He combines a keen knowledge of the Sandhills with an affability that has earned him the trust and friendship of many throughout Moore County. He has a wealth of real estate experience & development knowledge and has worked through out the South East developing real estate. Lee, who makes his home in the Village of Pinehurst, is the longtime partner-owner of Par 5 Development Group, LLC in West End, the owner of Pittco Group, LLC, a real estate investment company, and owner of Pittman Property Group in Pinehurst. “I always enjoy diving into the deal and the negotiations but more importantly, I love meeting new people and enjoy the relationships long after the deal is completed.” Lee specializes in Luxury homes and estates to help his clients find the perfect home or vacation home. Lee is well-positioned to serve all your property needs. Lee is an alumnus of N.C. State University with a Degree in Horticulture Life science and Turf Management and a minor in Business. He is especially proud of his family: wife, Rebecca; daughter Hannah and daughter Abby and son, Will. Being involved in his church and community are important, he serves as an elder at Brownson Church in Southern Pines and volunteers for MIRA Foundation USA, a Pinehurst-based organization that pairs guide dogs with sight-impaired or blind children and is a Board member for the Southern Pines Business Association.
