Ruben Ruban

With over 15 years of commercial real estate experience, Ruban has been on both the brokerage and development side of real estate transactions. Leveraging his network for ground up development to re-positioning of a building, Ruban has worked on many complex deals in various asset classes including retail, multifamily, hotel, and office. With his hands-on approach throughout the transaction process and strong business acumen, Ruban has yielded superior returns for his clients’ investments. Ruban is responsible for client development and oversees all aspects of the transaction process. His multicultural background uniquely positions him to understand the needs of international clients and to translate business practices effectively. Prior to SVN, Ruban led the development and brokerage services at SUMAC, Inc., an international real estate firm that focuses on sustainable assets throughout the Americas. He is very active in the community by serving at the Magnificent Mile Association on the board of directors and as the co-chair of the annual gala. Residing in the River North neighborhood, Ruban is on the development committee for the River North Resident Association (RNRA) as well as a board member for Revive Center for Housing and Healing.
