Roy Sandeman

Roy Sandeman joined the CBRE Capital Markets team in 2018 and serves as Senior Vice President. The team provides a broad range of services including investment sales, equity placement, structured financing, and strategic advisory work. Roy is responsible for valuation analysis as well as creating and executing acquisition and disposition strategies on behalf of clients in the office, industrial and life sciences spaces. Prior to joining CBRE, Roy was a Vice President on Transwestern | RBJ’s Capital Markets team, a company he served for 7.5 years. Roy has transacted more than $4 billion in total sales transactions in office, industrial and life science properties, and has received several awards including CBA’s Industrial Deal of the Year. Originally from Scotland, Roy has worked in the United Kingdom and Norway, and volunteers with many initiatives, including youth soccer. Prior to his commercial real estate career, Roy played professional soccer in the United Kingdom.
