Rox Pollard III

He specializes in the leasing and sale of retail properties and commercial development sites across South Carolina and especially the Columbia and Myrtle Beach regions. He works on a retail team with Rox Pollard Jr., Danny Bonds and John Gressette. He is also a member of the Colliers | South Carolina Retail Services Team. Our clients range from large corporate businesses to small local businesses. Colliers’ platform and resources, coupled with our team experience, expertise and client-oriented focus, allows us to offer our clients services that our competitors cannot match. We work with our clients to understand their brand and market penetration objectives and translate those into real estate solutions. The most rewarding part of his role is the connections and relationships built with people all over the state and country. He also enjoys having the opportunity to play a role in the movement and creation of businesses in our local community and around the state of South Carolina and create a lasting positive change in the retail economy. He has lived in Columbia my entire life and see the potential that this region has to offer and look forward to playing a role in developing the retail landscape of Columbia.
