Ross Schneiderman

Ross Schneiderman started with RM Friedland as an industrial broker over 30 years ago. Since then he has quietly built a reputation for himself as one of the top industrial brokers in The Bronx and Lower Westchester. Over his career he has represented corporate clients such as cablevision and United Technologies as well as local business owners. He completed one of the largest industrial transactions in Westchester County’s history when he represented Pop Displays in their leasing of 450,000 SF in Yonkers. In 2016 alone, he had a transaction volume in excess of $90 M. Over the course of his career he has completed over 60 M square feet of transactions. He works tirelessly to ensure the successful completion of a deal.
