Ross Sanzari

Ross Sanzari serves as a Vice President of Investments at Surmount (formerly NNN Pro Group), one of the nation’s premier net-lease brokerage teams. He specializes in the acquisition, disposition and recapitalization of single- and multi-tenant net-leased assets throughout the Southwestern United States. Ross leverages deep market intelligence, disciplined underwriting and strategic asset positioning to maximize value for his clients. Over the course of his career, he has completed more than 2 million square feet of transactions totaling in excess of $225 million, spanning retail centers, industrial facilities and structured sale-leaseback transactions. Prior to joining Surmount, Ross served as a Principal at Lee & Associates Arizona and began his career at Marcus & Millichap.
