ABOUT

Ross is a Senior Advisor at MECA based in the Charlotte office. Originally from Wilmington, North Carolina, Ross graduated from UNC Wilmington with a BS in Accounting while also participating as a member of the collegiate golf program there. Ross went on to earn a Masters in Accounting from North Carolina State University with a focus in Enterprise Risk Management. He then began his career as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, focusing on Regulatory & Operational Risk strategies. After Deloitte, Ross joined Berkeley Capital Advisors, where he specialized in the sale of multi-tenant grocery and big box anchored shoppings, where he closed more than $100M in total transaction value and underwrote more than $400M worth of income-producing assets during his tenure at the firm. Since joining MECA in 2023, Ross has played a key role in expanding the firm’s Investment Sales and Tenant Representation practice, specializing in investment-grade retail properties. He advises national retailers on all aspects of commercial development, including site selection, acquisition, permitting, development, and sale-leaseback strategies. He holds a CPA license and a North Carolina Real Estate Brokers License, and is a member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and First Tee of Greater Charlotte. Outside of work, Ross enjoys playing golf, spending time at the beach in Wilmington, and being with his family. His extensive expertise and dedication to seeing a vision for a property come true make him a valuable asset to MECA and a trusted advisor to his clients.
