Ross Hoefler

Ross Hoefler currently serves as Vice President for Billingsley Company’s Dallas Industrial portfolio, which consists of 5.5 million square feet within 31 industrial distribution/light manufacturing properties. Ross joined Billingsley in July 2015. Prior to Billingsley, Ross was Client Manager and Team Leader for Stream Realty’s largest institutional partner, and, before Stream, served as Vice President/Director of Management Services at Sealy & Company, where he was responsible for all asset and property management operations for Sealy’s commercial portfolio of over 14 million square feet, located in multiple markets.
