As a proud partner and Managing Broker of Babych Group Realty, Ross specializes in commercial leasing and sales with a strategic focus on North Vancouver. Embarking on his journey in the commercial real estate industry in 1990, Ross leveraged his education from UBC’s Bachelor of Commerce program to become a seasoned professional. Before the turn of the millennium, Ross actively participated in over 600 leasing and sales transactions. Subsequently, he consistently averaged over 100 leases, sales, or renewals annually throughout the 2000s. Collaborating seamlessly with his partner, Jeff Pilkington, Ross tackles a diverse spectrum of projects, whether it’s leasing a 200 square foot office space, selling a 110,000 square foot office building, or facilitating the sale of a 14-acre development site. Regardless of scale, Ross approaches each deal with equal dedication and expertise. With an intimate knowledge of the North Shore market, Ross serves as a valuable asset for both landlords and tenants seeking to lease or sell their commercial or industrial properties. Ross exemplifies dedication to community service and has earned widespread recognition for his excellence. In 2025, he was nominated for the Canadian Realtors Care Award, presented by @realtordotca, following his earlier win of the same award in 2005. In 2017, he was a finalist for Business Person of the Year by the North Vancouver Chamber of Commerce. Since 2005, Ross has served as a board member of the North Shore Crisis Services Society, where he currently holds the role of vice president, championing their mission to provide a safe, abuse-free environment for women and children. Since 2015, he has been Vice President of Athletics for Kids, a charity committed to ensuring all British Columbia children can participate in organized sports by offering financial support to families in need. In 2024, Ross joined the board of the Lower Lonsdale Business Improvement Area (BIA), a non-profit dedicated to uniting and amplifying the voice of the business district, with a focus on marketing and promoting local businesses to residents and visitors alike.
