Ross Crabtree

Ross Crabtree joined JLL in July 2018 as an associate specializing in Industrial sales and leasing, representing both landlords and tenants throughout Northeast Florida and surrounding markets. Prior to JLL, Mr. Crabtree was a sales associate at Newmark Phoenix Realty Group where he specialized in representing tenants looking to lease or acquire commercial space. He started his career in real estate directly out of college as an intern with Newmark, before transitioning into transactional services. Mr. Crabtree has represented many prominent Jacksonville companies, such as Baptist, Zisser Law Group, AutoQuotes, and St. Vincent’s Healthcare. Mr. Crabtree graduated from Florida State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate - a multidisciplinary program with an emphasis on the financing, marketing, appraisal and economics of real estate assets. He is a Developing Leader within NAIOP”s Northeast Florida Chapter and a member of San Jose Catholic Church.
