Rosie Hobbs Daniel

Rosie Daniel serves as Vice President at Hobbs Properties, where she leads acquisitions, brokerage, and strategic growth initiatives. Before joining the firm, Rosie worked on the capital markets team at The Dilweg Companies, a real estate investment firm with holdings across the Southeast. She earned her MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and her bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia. Rosie remains an active alumna of the Wood Center for Real Estate Studies, helping facilitate local engagement and industry events. She also serves on the Root Rocks Committee, which helps fund additional staff positions for Root Elementary School, and is an active member of Our Lady of Lourdes Church. ? As the third generation working in the industry, Rosie brings a deep appreciation for legacy and community to her work. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children and shares her father’s love of scuba diving and adventure.
