Rosemary DelliCarpini

Rosemary DelliCarpini, Co-founder of Otero & Companies, has joined the eXp Realty Team as a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in both New York and Florida. DelliCarpini’s decision to become a licensed realtor is influenced by her passion for helping clients navigate the often-challenging process of selling a home. She brings a unique expertise into her newest endeavor with a strong network of contacts across various industries including retail, marketing, and more. DelliCarpini developed her work ethic at a young age. Raised by immigrant Italian parents in Bronx, N.Y., her parents instilled in her a strong work ethic and sense of integrity. She attended college and obtained an Applied Science degree in Dental Hygiene. Married to John Otero, entrepreneur and co-founder of Otero & Companies, DelliCarpini and her husband operate multiple businesses together. She is also a proud donor of a room in the children’s Emergency Department at Garnet Health Medical Center. “I’m interested in finding my clients not only a house, but also a home,” said DelliCarpini. “Building relationships with my clients and helping them to navigate selling the home they lived in for decades is extremely rewarding. I am here for every step of the way.” Rosemary DelliCarpini is licensed in both Florida and New York, allowing her to assist families looking to relocate or invest in real estate across state lines.
