Rosanne Richards

Rosanne Richards is a Vice President in CBRE’s Tysons, Virginia office. As a part of a multi-disciplined team, she focuses on both landlord and tenant representation in Northern Virginia. Her broad range of skill sets include proposal and lease negotiation, asset marketing and repositioning and financial analytics. Rosanne has a proven track record in both large complex leasing transactions as well as the meaningful smaller transactions that bring buildings to stabilization and profitability for her Landlord clients. A graduate of Boston College, Mrs. Richards was a member of the NCAA Division I Women’s Rowing Team where she competed for four years.
