Ronald Welebny, CCIM

He is a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker, a Florida Licensed Real Estate Instructor and Managing Partner at Commercial Realty Associates of Southwest Florida (CRA) in Cape Coral. He also teaches Real Estate, focusing on Brokers Post Licensing course work. He is a Designee of the CCIM Institute (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and is 2017 President of the Southwest Florida Commercial Alliance, and the outgoing (2016) President of Commercial Investment Professionals of Southwest Florida. He serves on the Board of the SWFL District of the CCIM Institute and is Vice-Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of the Laguna Estates Community Development District, a quasi-governmental entity. He is also a member of the CoStar Product Advisory Board. He and his colleagues at CRA perform endless research and analysis to find value in commercial transactions; and they maintain close affiliations with practitioners in the legal, banking and engineering professions. He and his team frequently assist cooperating brokers in entitlement and permitting matters.
