Ronald Washle

Ron Washle, SIOR, serves as an Executive Managing Director in the Ontario, California, office of Newmark, where he focuses on the industrial and investment markets of the Inland Empire. Washle provides clients with a wide range of services, including strategic site selection, project marketing, and lease and build-to-suit negotiations. He also handles corporate relocations and advises investment clients on feasibility and structuring for real estate acquisitions and dispositions. During his 25-year commercial real estate career, Washle has been involved in transactions totaling more than $500 million.
