Ronald Volk

Mr. Volk has 27 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Located in CBRE’s Saddle Brook office, Ron provides representation for office, flex and medical occupiers and investors in the local New Jersey market, and also services national and regional accounts. He has been involved in leasing and sales transactions totaling more than 3.5 million rentable sq. ft. with a total transaction value in excess of $600,000,000. Prior to joining the sales staff, he served as Director of the CBRE Saddle Brook office, charged with supervising the brokerage operations under the auspices of the Regional Executive Director.
