Ronald Schrader Jr. is Director-Broker Associate of Sitar Company, a full-service commercial real estate firm based in New Jersey. With over 19 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, acquisitions, and management, Ron brings a wealth of knowledge and experience gained through various aspects of the industry to his clients. Mr. Schrader’s background in investment sales, acquisitions, site identification, and tenant/landlord representation, has helped clients maximize the value of their commercial real estate holdings. Prior to joining the company in 2003, Ron worked for a national investment brokerage company, where he focused on investment properties. In 2018, Ron worked for Lidl Stiftung & Co. KG, where he managed the expansion of Lidl grocery stores throughout New Jersey, before returning to Sitar Company in 2021. To date, Ron has completed sale and lease transactions totaling over $250,000,000 in value throughout the Northeast.
