Ronald L. Rubinstein, MAI, president of Comprehensive Appraisal Corporation, gives his personal supervision to every client project. He has been appraising commercial real estate since 1987, building on five years of prior commercial real estate brokerage experience. As a State-Certified General Appraiser and a member of the Appraisal Institute, Mr. Rubinstein has met rigorous educational and experience requirements, and is bound by the Standards of Professional Practice.
