Ronald Lin

Ronald started his real estate career in Southern California in 2014 and came to the Bay Area in 2017 and signed on with Intero Commercial. Realizing a need for more Asian food concepts in the Bay Area, he started working with restauranters to help bring great concepts to the bay. As a native Mandarin Chinese speaker, he is able to communicate with Chinese clients that don’t understand English that well and help them to start their business. Ronald specializes in retail, office sales/leasing, and business opportunities. Ronald was born and raised in Taiwan, a small island in Asia with lots of varieties of food and rapid changing trend. This background allows him to understand how a business can survive for the long-term, and not just catch a huge wave and disappear. Ronald also has an engineering background, which allows him to look at things from a logical perspective and give high level, quality advice to his clients.
