Ronald Kassan

Ron Kassan is the Senior Vice President in the Sherman Oaks Office. Ron spearheaded the "Team Beitler" program, and this website is his brainchild. Ron specializes in the leasing and sales of industrial properties. Ron was honored to receive the American Industrial Real Estate Association's Distinguished award for closing the Largest Cooperative Investment Transaction. Beitler Commercial Realty recognized Ron as their Industrial Salesman of the Year in 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003 & 2004. Prior to joining Beitler in 1989, Ron was the Vice-President for an international trading company with offices in Tokyo and San Diego. Today Ron remains a director in the Company UTECO Japan LTD. Ron graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelors degree in Marketing, Speech Communications, and Psychology. Ron has served as a Big Brother of America since 1983 and is still an active Big Brother. In addition to his wife and two children, he and his wife are the legal guardians for a disadvantaged child whom they support, along with her two sisters. Favorite sports include fly-fishing, mountain bike riding, remote wilderness camping and skiing. Ron has coached AYSO soccer for the last 5 years. Ron's special interests include pursuing fluency in the Japanese language and mastering the art of fly fishing and fly tying.
