Ron is part of a four-person team that advises CFOs, CEOs, and CREs on industrial real estate matters. This includes distribution, manufacturing (traditional and hi-tech), pharmaceutical production, assembly, R&D, labs and office spaces to support them. Ron provides detailed transactional support to his team and clients. Ron‘s vast experience combines 13 years in financial accounting, debt procurement, management reporting, construction/job costing accounting, asset/property management, financial analysis and risk management for major commercial real estate developers, with 24 years of tenant representation in the commercial brokerage industry. Ron’s diverse background on both sides of the industry and his financial expertise as a CPA provide his clients with fully informed, strategic and smart advisement. His unique perspective dovetails seamlessly with the collaborative and forward-thinking environment at Avison Young. To date, Ron has participated in transactions with a gross value in excess of $950 million.
