Ronald Balys

Ron Balys joined Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation in April 2013. Ron is responsible for securing debt on all asset types nationwide utilizing funding sources including banks, credit unions, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, securitized lenders, life insurance companies and private money. Ron is a graduate of the University at Buffalo. He also obtained a certificate from UCLA Extension in Real Estate Investments. Ron holds a sales license from the California Department of Real Estate and is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association. Ron has sourced over $1B in loans nationwide, closing over 500 transactions in the past five years. He has been one of the youngest MMCC originators to achieve the National Achievement Award (NAA) on his first year as an originator at the firm. During his career at MMCC, he has been amongst the top originators, finishing in the top 10 twice over the past five years. Ron has been a recipient of the NAA for five years with two Chairman’s Club Awards. Ron has been married to his wife Mandy since 2020 and has a son, Brady. In his spare time, he enjoys playing and watching sports, attending church and being outdoors.
