Ron has more than 20 years of experience in property management and oversees 4,000 units that employ more than 250 individuals. His Fair Housing expertise and familiarity with LIHTC (Section 42), Senior and Market Rate property types is unparalleled in the industry, making him a sought after subject matter in the firm. Ron excels at bringing extensive renovation projects in on time and on budget. As such, he is a critical member of the asset management team. Ron has a BS degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He’s also an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM). Ron has been with PRE/3 since 2006.
