Ron Ruffner

Ron has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience, in all aspects of development, leasing, land sales, land acquisitions, tenant representation and build-to-suit projects. As Vice President for the Tampa office at Carter, Ron is responsible for directing the leasing effort of approximately 1.5 million square feet of Class A office space at Corporate Center at International Plaza and Hidden River Corporate Park. Prior to joining Carter, Ron was Vice President in Tampa for Crescent Resources, where he was responsible for land acquisitions, development and leasing of commercial properties. Additionally, he has also served CLW Real Estate Services Group specializing in land sales, office leasing and build-to-suit.
