Ron Graves
A native San Diegan, Ron Graves graduated from San Diego State University and has been active in retail and the real estate industry for over 20 years. Prior to his real estate career, Ron opened a chain of four restaurants, followed several years later with the establishment of a twenty-four broker commercial real estate company in the mid 1980’s and early 1990’s. Although Mr. Graves is involved in a wide range of commercial transactions including office and industrial sales and leasing, as well as apartment sales, his primary focus remains on shopping centers, retail leasing and site selection. He has worked extensively with major national and regional tenants, such as Lucky (Albertson’s), OfficeMax, McDonalds and others. He exclusively represents Regal Cinemas, The Mills Corporation and the country’s largest retirement developer, Erickson Retirement Communities. Maintaining an active role in the International Council of Shopping Centers, Mr. Graves has published numerous articles in local and national publications, including the San Diego Union Tribune, The Investor, Shopping Center World, The San Diego Daily Transcript, The Forum and Western Real Estate News.
