Ron Emerson

Ron Emerson joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2007.  Since then, he has specialized in industrial sales and leasing throughout the Richmond, Delta and South Vancouver Industrial markets.  He has extensive experience in landlord and tenant representation, project marketing and industrial strata and freestanding building sales. WORK EXPERIENCE Some of Ron’s notable transactions includes the sale of Riverside Corporate Centre, industrial mandate with the majority of Porte Realty’s industrial multi-tenant portfolio, the leasing and lease renewals for Industrial Alliance’s 11151-11191 Horseshoe Way building, and a 7.5 acre industrial land sale in Kanaka Business Park, the sale of Silgan’s Plastic manufacturing facility in south Richmond, the completion of Beedie Developments Tilbury Corporate Centre Strata Project in the Tilbury industrial park. Recently Ron was awarded Beedie’s new Delta Link Strata Project located in Tilbury which is a 23 unit development on 10.25 acres, which he was able to sell 90% of the units before the construction of the projected started as well as the sale of the Reliance Metals Industrial portfolio for PIRET (7 industrial buildings across Western Canada). EDUCATION, MEMBERSHIPS AND AWARDS Ron obtained his Real Estate Salesperson’s license from the Sauder School of Business at U.B.C. in 2007 and graduated from the BCIT with a Bachelor of Business Administration and Diploma of Integrated Business Management in 2007. He has also completed the following Professional Development courses: Industrial Property Valuation, CCIM Foundation Commercial Real Estate, Lease Analysis, Taxation & Analysis of Commercial Investment Property, Foreclosures and Court Ordered Sale as well as all Real Estate E&O Legal updates.
