Ron Chanin

Ron functions as Riverwood’s project acquisitions, development and leasing manager, as well as coordination of the management of Riverwood Properties. He began his career in real estate at Arthur Anderson and then as a controller for Wilma, a Dutch investment and development company. He later held the position of President at Kern Realty Services, a local real estate development and management company. In 1995, Ron along with Bill Dyer formed Chanin & Dyer Properties which developed, leased and managed strategically located, distinctive retail centers ranging in size from 5,000 square feet to 50,000 square feet.
