Roman Degliantoni

Mr. Degliantoni focuses on the sale of urban commercial real estate in the Washington, D.C. MSA. While much of his business takes place in the Northeast and Southeast quadrants, especially Capitol Hill and the H Street corridor, Mr. Degliantoni does business across the District and its surrounding counties. Before joining Feldman Ruel’s investment sales team, he began his commercial real estate career in the property management field however Mr. Degliantoni spent his early years working for a large construction company to help put himself through college and in doing so found he had a passion for commercial real estate and the infrastructure that ties it all together, making him an ideal fit for Feldman Ruel which sells more development sites in the Washington, D.C. area than any other commercial brokerage company. By joining the firm, Mr. Degliantoni has been able to marry his passion for real estate development with his appreciation of the historic charm found in many of the area’s unique retail corridors like Barracks Row. Originally from San Francisco, he obtained his B.S. in Economics from the University of Oregon before relocating to the Washington, D.C area where he now spends his personal time on the local golf courses and hiking trails.
