Roland Drechsel

Prior to joining Kelly, Geren & Searcy in 1995, Drechsel was actively involved in commercial property management. He currently is President of Texas Commercial Management, Inc., the property management entity of Kelly, Geren & Searcy and is responsible for the management and leasing of over 1,000,000 square feet of office, retail and industrial warehouse space. Drechsel holds a B.S. degree from Texas Wesleyan University and a B.B.A. from the University of Texas at Arlington. He has also earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, awarded by the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute.
