Roland Drechsel, CCIM

Roland Drechsel has been actively involved in the commercial real estate industry since 1986, primarily specializing in commercial and industrial property management. Prior to Team & Vasseur, Dreschel served as President of Texas Commercial Management, Inc., the property management entity of Kelly, Geren & Searcy, and was responsible for the management and leasing of over 1,000,000 square feet of office, retail and industrial warehouse space. Drechsel holds a B.S from Texas Wesleyan University and a B.B.A. from the University of Texas at Arlington. Drechsel earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation awarded by the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute in 1998.
